My husband and I have just decided to try to have a baby. Are there any little "tricks" that could help the process move along? Sorry, I couldn't think of any other way to ask.

Hello - I can help you get pregnant. You need to go out and buy and Ovulation Kit called FIRST RESPONSE.What this kit does
it tests your urine the very first thing in the morning and when it turns BLUE you can have a baby. I used it as my time clock was ticking away. It really works. I have 3 healthy boys to prove it,
So Good Luck!!! It doesn't give you gender it gives you a baby.

Have sex every other day. Doing this helps your husbands sperm to sort of recuperate after the last time you had sex and will make you more likey to conceive. It will also mean you will not miss your ovulation as well. And if you know when you ovulate each month then thats even better as it means you are able to time it perfectly.
After sex I always lay on my back with my legs in the air too as it is supposed to help the sperm stay inside you and get to where its supposed to go when you are trying to get pregnant instaed of just running out of you like it does, urgh!
I'm trying to conceive too. Have just gone past ovulation and I think I timed it right so hopefully I will have some good news in about 3 weeks. That's the worse thing, the waiting!

Good luck!

First of if you don't already, get track of your cycle so you know which times of the month is most fertile for you.
Timing is everything :)

Also it's adviced to take folic acid, as it helps prevent various problems with the child.

Other than that, there isn't really much to say. Hump like bunnies or something ;)
Might be nice to buy a book on the topic to read through just to get familiar with the whole deal. Good to be prepared for such a life change.

My best advice is don't do the charts, the graphs, the temps, and all that jazz. Just have fun, enjoy each other and take it as it comes. There are too many couples who put too much pressure on, and then it's because of the anxiety they are delaying getting pregnant, anyway.

tricks, she asks....
Do it a bunch...which i would guess means turn him on mucho...ride him to the finish line, etc. There are all those little secret buttons when married...u know how to do it...so do it. Have fun! unless u r catholic ... and then u can translate it to "suffer till u wimper"....my wife and I just had a baby, and the only tricks were the tricks we came with in our mutual bags. Happy new year :)

Sex at least twice a week, keep your lower part elevated for at least 20 minutes after, and try not to stress too much!

Have sex....lots and lots of sex.

Also, you could try putting a pillow under your hips after getting it on to help the spermies make their way up into you

1. When the sperm is inside you, lay on your back and raise your legs up for 2 minutes.
2. When the sperm is in you, lay on your breast on a pillow and hold your butt in the air.
Thats all I know of, hope that helps you.
