With out looking in any Naruto site, why is it that according to Naruto and Kakashi, Haku is about the same age as Naruto when in another episode, Kimimaru is shown as a small kid passing by Haku and Zabuza's way...and Haku at that time is also a small kid as short as Kimimaru..fastforwarding to Kimimaru and Naruto's fight, one can definitely point out the obvious that Kimimaru is way older than Naruto...?
explain why Haku is at the same age as Naruto while Kimimaru is way older than Naruto whereas Kimimaru and Haku should probably be of the same age.

Hmmm, you do know that to get the powers that Orochimaru gives the Sound they have to go through at least one death. Possibly the process aged him substantially hence his illness. Other than that Kimimaru may have been older than Haku but due to his imprisonment as a child his growth was hindered so he may have appeared to be the same age judging by high but was, in fact, older.
Lastly - it may just be bad continuity for the anime; it hasn't come around yet in the manga (English).

Both of them are 15 years old, and yes, haku is same age with kimmimaro. Haku is indeed older than Naruto and haku was seen walking besides Zabuza when Kimi approached them.
Kimimaru died at the age of 15 years old.

Rumor number four is true. Tobi has reveled himseld to be Madara Uchiha and the mastermind behind the Akatsuki. Noone knows anything about Pein or the fourth hokages's mysterious vanishing. As far as turning into babies or time travel jutsus, I have no idea. I think Naruto's creators are trying to keep some sense of reality though so those two rumors may not be legit. Kakashi is not dead and Itachi is just part of Madara's orginization I think.
