well my hubby is cuz when we are in the dark its like the darkness goes by really fast

There is no speed of dark. You can see things coz light particles is reflected from that colour and travels to your eyes. Dark objects don't reflect light, they absorb, therefore they don't travel and appear dark.

Dark being the abscence of light,and light leaving at lightspeed... I'd say the speed of dark is 186,000 miles per second. (lightspeed.)
