what are mental signs a woman is in her period?

When she starts eating a lot more and especially if it's candy or sweet. There are no mental signs. You can't always tell a woman is Having her period by her attitude or behavior.

Aggrevated, I mean come on dude, do you really think that if the head of your male part was pooring blood out of it constantly that you might possibally have a good attitude towards the ideal that your emotions were internally disfunctioned!
On a further note.............. Go ahead and tell a menstruating woman that drinking 6-8 glasses of water will help keep her feeling fresh. Like they need you to tell them that they need more fluids inside their bloated bodies from hell. but go ahead. I triple-dog-friggen-dare-ya. See what happens and report back. I'll wait. lol.
Advise.......Buy her some flowers, a card, let her bitc* about it, then tell her that you love her and duck your head between you legs for the next week.......I'm sure you'll be o.k. Thanks, Levi.

She gets angry/sad/depressed/upset/etc very easily. She craves some kind of sweet or salty food. Those are some basic signs that amost every women experiences.
