actually thats simple enough! first i must advice you that before you say I love you, you really really must mean it because if you don't that girl might be very hurt when she finds out its not true and believe me a girl will never forget the hurtful stuff a guy has done to her. secondly you need to feel comfterable saying it and make sure its at the right moment and time for both you and her. after that you need to tell her how you feel your way but the simplest way to go is get her alone and tell her there is something important you must tell her. then simply look deep into her eyes and say "I love you". tell her with your heart, voice and eyes that u truly mean it.

If u dosn't do so then firstly u prpose for friendship and know that what she like and whats felling about u if she look a just friend for u then wait for some time and uyou always try to give her more of happines and do some extra for ex:-on her birthday u wish firstly to her,try to joined her family and i think she should think about u and she tell u that I LOVe YOU.

which language? do you mean spoken words? actions? written words? behavioral words? When you say: I love You, that is good enough, but back it up with behaver, show her, show her all the time in meaningful ways...respect and appreciate her, surprise her. cater to her sometimes. stand by and stand up for her. the words (i love you) are the verbal gesture of a concept...The rest must be proven through action, I think...and it needs to be consistant action...

simple if u call her tell her u are fond of being with her, meeting her ,u just respect/adore her companionship and it wud be wonderful if it is gonna be a permenant thing .she will understand it .if she responds positively next time tell her with a card and flowers u love her and feel joyed she accepted ur love .
