I miss most of my lectures at the university cuz I just don't 'feel like going'. I don't go to night outs with my friends (Even though I love them very much) cuz I feel very lazy to get up and go out. Any suggestions on how I can get active? Every person who answers this question gets a cookie. Any takers ?

It may well be a combination of old habits or something physical. try getting a good multi-vitamins to take and if you have a good health food store there ask them for some supliments they recommend - B complex and b-12 is good for energy. Perhaps a bit of exercise before you go to bed at night might help also.
As far as for studying, I have recommended DMAE to several students and they all love it since it is totally natural and helps with concentration and memory. and perhaps that might help with energy as well.

just start thinking of everything you want to do in life. have you done everything you ever wanted to do? if you keep on being lazy then you will look back on your life and regret it and realize that you could have done more things. start making some good memories that will last forever! live life!

start your life with a drive... something that you feel worth doing.... you cannot change your life fast.. you need a goal in life nd you start working on it... good luck... its new year... so it might be a right time for you to start something new in your life....

first of all, find an inspiration that could motivate you.
then start exercising get to do sports.(great way to be active).
if your deppressed, Get Help.
