Ive heard of this happening when the men have all the symptoms of pregnancy, obviously without the bump! I also read about a man who had morning sickness with his wife during her first pregnancy and when she got pregnant a second time he knew before she did. ha ha poor guy!!

Men get sympathy symptons... my husband got morning sick, and had heart burn most of my pregnancy, but as far as labor pains, I've never heard of it.

It is true!
Men also get symptoms of pregnancy, anything from back pains and birthing pains.
The name of this strange phenomenon is known as " Couvade Syndrome".

My husband has been getting cravings and feels nauseous....so unlike him. I found this strange too, until I read it in a magazine.

I've never heard of it. There would be lots of whinging men of they did !!! I suppose its possible that a man could get kind of phsycological sympathy pains xx

My dad got sympathy pains and back ache when my mum was pregnant.

my fiance had morning sickness for about three weeks. I thought it was so funny because my morning sickness only lasted about 2 weeks

Only if they are hung over, and recently injured their ladour.....Or if they are a metrosexual wussy, and the wife wears the pants, (and the penis) in the family.....

Other than that men's total involvement with either is thinking how fvcked up it is......

yes, we get morning sickness when we take Prozac. Labour pains are a bit beyond us though.
