My mom is awesome and we get along great, but for some reason whenever she is in my dreams she is really bitchy or evil and I'm pissed at her? Anyone have any ideas on why I have these dreams?

For those of you that think it's weird that I dream about my mom, it's not like it happens constantly, but I remember all of my dreams and I realized that almost everytime she pops up in one, she's really mean and I thought that was weird.

Could be a few things:
1. It's not really your mom. It's some other family member or person you know, and your mom is just symbolizing that person in your dream.
If your mom in your dreams has a different trait than what she has in reality (like a different color of hair or something) figure out who that trait belongs to. That's the person you're dreaming about.
2. Maybe there is an issue with your mom that is not resolved and you are mad at her for it. Try and figure out what that could be, and resolve it with her.
3. It's not really your mom, she is symbolizing an idea. Like parenthood, or authority or something. An Idea you're not happy with.
4. You're exploring other things in your dreams. Like what would happen if you didn't get along with your mom. It's something that might happen, and in your dreams you're trying to see what that would be like.

To me dreams means alot to me, especially since it comes true it could mean that you and your mom won't get along later on or it is just a dream, some dreams of people don't come true you know it maybe from your imagination.

I don't mean to sound cocky, but you have those dreams because that's what your mind feeds you. It's your own brain, so there's no deeper meaning to any of your dreams other than what you attribute to them.

youre proabaly a teen and teens always have these problems with their parents
it's good that you still have a good relationship with them.
but it's just your self concious telling you what could happen if you weren't having a good relationship with your parents
