My friend looks like she's pregnant. Her stomach bulges out like she's a couple of months,its been like this for over a year now.

Just fat. My belly was the same and so many people asked me if I was pregnant and then they would be extremely embarrassed when I said no.

Fat, fluid, feces, flatus (gas) are some of the causes. Did she have a baby recently? Has she always been this way or is it new? If it's new she may need to see a doctor.

Shes got gas, or overeats, or is always full, or just stands like that with her stomach pushed out.

Tell her to eat more fiber , and to get a proper diet and exercise .
sometimes not eating right can lead to gastritis and this could provoke stoumach swelling .or it could be parasites eather way she should visit a nutrologist .

She's probably just porking out from overeating. Tell her to exercise more.

my younger sis too..... she looks pregnant even she's not...she just gained weight and our body structure also.... we laugh at her because she's been like that for amore than a year now and she's just 23 and not yet married.... we are teasing her as pregnant of elephant ...

she could be just gaining weight in a rapid way, or have some serious heath disease
