i like Rock(classic,alternative,metal) Rap,hip hop, 80S, 90S, Trance etc... im all around.. i got 500 songs so far i can hold 7000, theres always those songs which i like but i dont know the name or artist so if you guys can list some of them it would help.. thanx. (it doesnt have to be current aritsts/songs).

What I do is go to like yahoo music type in an artist and they will give you similar artists, and I just go from there... they will also let you listen to 30secs. of songs so you know what they are...here are some artist that I have on my ipod and that are just coming to mind....
pink floyd, the doors, black sabbath, tom petty,
foo fighters, green day, beck, jay-z, ludacris, mike jones, guns n roses, poison, twisted sister, emenim, led zeplin, snoop dogg, big tymers, the who, cream, rush, jimi hendrix, the beatles, van halen, rolling stones, boston, eagles, reo speedwagon, motley crue, whitesnake, pantera, iron maiden, def leppard, white zombie, kid rock, smashing pumpkins, 311, bush, incubis, fuel, metallica, everclear, goo goo dolls, live, candlebox, stone temple pilots, eve 6, collective soul... ect!! I hope this gave you some ideas!!

TobyMac, Grits (Christian Rap/Hip Hop), Barlow Girl, Superchick, Relaint K, Fireflight (Christian Rock)...about all I can come up with off the top of my head, but check those artists out.

umm i like all your punk kinda stuff such as The Used, My Chemical Romance, Fall out Boy etc but you can never go past a bit of good old Aussie classics such as Hunters and Collectors, ACDC or Cold Chisel...
heavy metal is also good not to mention Techno / Dance
