Gustavo Chacin. This guy is the next staff ace for the blue jays once Halladay leaves or starts to suck.

Starting Pitcher- Derek Lowe, he is now a legitimate #2 starter, era in the 3's. Also when the Red Sox won the World Series He pitched spectacular, and clinched every game winning series.
Reliver Pitcher- Rafael Soriano, he is an all-star with good pitches. He earns only $400,000. He has an era of 2.25.

Of all time, I would say Jack Morris. Dude won and won and won.
He was the dominant pitcher of his time and he gets no respect. He pitched in Detroit and dominated. He goes to the twins at the ends and pitches to a world series. Then he goes 21 wins in Toronto. I just don't think he gets his due.

Today, plaing now, Carlos Zambrano. He has put together great season after season in a terrible pitchers park.

Among currently active pitchers, Harang and Young are definitely very high on the list. Also don't forget John Lackey of the Angels and Kelvim Escobar and pretty much any Marlins starting pitcher.

JR Richard, formerly of the Astros. He was as dominant as Nolan Ryan when they played together but a blood clot caused him to suffer a stroke that cut his career short. It was a shame because he was scary on the mound.

There is a few .... I know Brandon Webb just won his Cy, but that dude has been underrated for a while. Ervin Santana, Erik Beddard, Bronson Arroyo, Mike Gonzalez, Akinori Otsuka. Just to name a few.

How about Aaron Harang, it's hard to lead the league in wins, strikeouts, and complete games and still be an unknown! He was also up there in innings, games, and had a couple of shutouts.

Chris Capuano of the Milwaukee Brewers. P.S. J.R. Richard was very unlucky. If not for that stroke he could have had an outstanding career.
