How do I upload from FrontPage to my Geocities webpage?

Question

I already went to their "help" page and it said to "1. Click the "FrontPage" link on the Create & Update tab of your GeoCities Control Panel." Then to authorize.

Unfortunately, there is NO "FrontPage" link in my Create & Update panel.

i would assume it works through FTP. You need to find an ftp address to upload to and Username and Password (these may be your geocities login) Then in frontpage you can go to upload my site and select the ftp option and it will set up the rest.
