It does NOT equal to approx. 222.5. Instead, it equals to 137.5. but I feel it should SIMPLY equals to golden fraction of 360 degrees, but, well... in facts, it equals to golden fraction of 360 degrees TAKEN AWAY FROM 360 AS SUBTRACT. Why???

It's just the definition of the golden angle. They use the opposite angle so that it is less than 180 degrees.
