i like to create my own site w/o any links to other sites like what i formed in piczo(username.piczo.com) i like to build something like rickey.org or crichi.com..can someone help me?

well you need to get a hosting site... there aren't any free ones left, at least not any that will let you choose your domain (that i know of).
The hosting service i use is 1and1. Its like 2 bucks a month and includes 1 domain (whatever_you_want.com). The basic package has PHP support and includes one site builder (and blog builder) to help you get started if you don't know much about making website.

It is very good site and you will get your domain name as name.blogspot.com
