Well, If he did, all males (and a lot of females) would be dead. Becuase almost everyone masturbates.

The formula is (41*100)/300 The reason is 1% of 300 is 300/100. You want to know how many '1%s' are in 41, so you divide 41 by 300/100.

Ha ha,depends what "god" you believe in and i believe about 99% or more of teens have masturbating and it's very abnormal for a person not too masturbate.

Most if not all male teens masturbate. It is normal and it is defiantly not illegal. It is described as "adultery" in the bible, but God will forgive you.

About 99.9%. There are those few guys with messed up morals that are afraid they will die or go to hell if they enjoy their own bodies. Since all gods worshiped are man-made, they don't exist, if there was a god and he punised all men that masterbated, Heaven would be devoid of men, and most women would go to hell as well@!

Eventually, at some point, we all do it. It's a normal thing....last time I checked, it wasn't illegal. No God will not punish you either...
