The copper pipe creased and when I uncreased it, there was a hole in the pipe. How can I repair this myself?

Get a pipe cutter at your local hardware store and cut the crimped section out...after turning water supply off to it of coarse. Then, take the piece to the hardware or maybe a auto parts store and see if that diameter size is available. If it is, you may be able to buy a piece along with what they call a union(you'll need two) Any place selling you the unions will show or tell you how to connect them. If that size is unavailable, contact the company or someone who services the brand name of the refrigerator.

Replacing the pipe with something of the same diameter.
Good luck!

Find someone with a "tubing" cutter and get a coupling with the rings and splice it yourself.
