Looking for old marriage liscences with out any cost to look at

It depends on the county that your looking in . Some counties allow free records and some don't. But here is some info on getting free stuff . When you type in what you are looking for, type the word Freeware not free.

It depends on where you live. I live in Oklahoma and I hear that we have one of the most advanced computer systems for online records. I know, Oklahoma is behind in everything, How we have this I don't know. Ours is www.oscn.net You can find out almost anything about anyone.

I know someone one in California that's under Ventura.courts.CA.gov

I'm sure there are others. If anyone knows one for Arkansas I'd like to know it.

I haven't been able to find anything like that for free on the internet.
You might want to try the local court house in the county the person was married, they might let you see it and give you a copy for free.
