I think the very real and observable gender blurring has a hell of a lot more to do with an ever-increasing Tsunami of media-generated mind sewage than it does with peace and prosperity, whenever or wherever the hell we had both of those at once.
All has to do with money. Why not try to sell men girly crap and women guy crap? Why not have some basketball player with at least 11 screws loose on the cover of some magazine wearing garters and a bustier?

Wouldn't surprise me. I was reading an Allan Pease book (body language expert) that this generation of males don't produce nearly the same amount of testosterone as their grandfathers did. How true it is I dont know, interesting nonetheless.
