Headaches are usually a withdrawal or overuse symptom. Headaches are our cues to change something about our environment (internal or external environment). Do you notice that you get a headache after being around a lot of noise, cigarette smoke, or after having a lot of caffeine? Many times it can also be a sign of dehydration, lack of sleep or too much sleep. Hormones could also be a factor. Have you had an eye exam lately?
These are just some of the questions you should ask yourself. I would say to go to the doctor, but I think you should use your own judgment. Maybe try to change a few things within your environment (cut down on caffeine, don't smoke, get more rest, drink lots of water). Your doctor will probably have you try these things before trying to treat you, so why not come armed with data of the things you tried so that you can get relief much sooner!
Just FYI- a common side effect of many over the counter pain relievers (tylenol, advil, asprin etc) is a HEADACHE! I used to get headaches on a daily basis until I read the side of the box. I stopped taking things for my headaches, and the frequency of them reduced dramatically. When I do get a headache, I reach for excederin because it contains caffeine, and that usually plays a major part in my headaches.

I would suggest getting your eyes checked...I am an educator and this is #1 reason my students have headaches. After getting glasses, the headaches stop.

difficult to say
frequent headaches could come from poor diet or eating habits, your environment such as harsh chemicals at your job etc.
but it could also be a sign of something more serious like a tumor.
i hate it when people say this on Yahoo Answers, but i will have to tell you the same thing on this one: go talk to a doctor...
