Oh i always have smokey eyes! Love them. Well firstly get a liquid eyeline, because you said yo wanted lined eyes too. Line the top eyelid and flick it out at the corner. This makes your eyes look longer. Then get black eyeshadow- works beter than eyeline as it looks more smokey and wont look terrible when smudged. Get a brush, not one of those eyeshadown sponge brushes- one with brissles. From the bottom of the eyelid to the top and abit over the top stroke the black eyeshadow in an upward direction. and then do your eyeline on the underneith. If i had a picture of how my eyes looked il show u:P

Get a pencil black liner with a smudge stick, apply the eyeliner, and then go back with the smudge stick and kind of smear it just a little. I'd also be sure to wear black or a dark grey eyeshadow, it adds to the dramatic smokey effect.

Try a black eye pencil on your lower lid and make it thicker from the middle to the outside of your eye. Use a liquid liner on the top along your whole lash line. Use a lighter color shadow over your whole lid (a light blue or silver) and then blend a dark blue or black shadow on the outside towards the middle but make sure you blend it together. Finish with black mascara.

Step 1
I began by applying a light arc of concealer to the under eye area, using my finger, and then only in spots.
Step 2
With a circular sponge, loose powder was used to "set" the skin.
Step 3
Light golden brow pencil was used on her newly bleached brows. (The color of pencil is dependant on your brow coloring.)
Step 4
To compliment her striking new blond hair and eyebrows, I decided to add a bit of seductiveness to her eyes. First, they were lined inside both the top and bottom rims with a black eye pencil, paying close attention to going into the the lashline itself.
Step 5
Then, with the small eyeshawdow brush, the black eye pencil line's edges were softened.
Step 6
Black powder eyeshadow was then applied (using the sponge-tip applicator) directly over the pencil and smudged. (If you prefer, you can use your finger tip.) The shadow helps to set and further soften the look.
Step 7
Next neutral brown eyeshadow was applied with a larger eyeshadow brush. Encircling the entire eye area, be sure to soften and graduate outward (from the eye itself) for that perfect blended look.
Step 8
Black mascara on curled lashes added just the right touch of sexy delicacy to the overall look.
Step 9
The lips were lined with a flesh-toned pencil to match Vanessa's natural coloring.
Step 10
Then, using the lip brush, I applied a soft caramel-colored creme lip color to the entire mouth (blotted and re-applied, then blotted again.)
Step 11
Finally, very lightly applied rose blush was added to just the apples of the cheeks to finish the face without taking away the impact of the eyes.

First use black eye pencil on both lids and smudge. Then just apply the eyeliner. Waxy pencils would work better.

Apply brown or gray shadow, use darker gray at the end of eyelids, then smudge a little by your fingertips. You can use eye liner on lower lids for evening, but smudge it carefully with a cotton swab also.

Smudge it in with your finger because your body heat actually melts it. Experiment!
