I know the basics of HTML and am learning it on my own right now. I would like to make my own website to practice HTML, where can I create a website from scratch for free?

u can try 110mb.com, they allow a lot of things ,coding wise, that other free sites dont, also freewebs.com and hometown.aol.com(u can make a free account)
