It's a must!

I guess once you have others depending on you, you put their needs before those of your own. You are crying inside but you get out of bed anyway and wake those beauties and pretend like its the most amazing day in the world. You walk into the other room and fall apart just long enough before you have to compose yourself and get ready to face the world again. Is it hard? It's the most difficult thing in the world to do. You are exhausted every minute of every day.... for putting on that mask and showing the world you can still smile is anguish. But....... it is a must!!

It depends on weather they are tears of joy and sadness, but yes it is hard to smile through the tears sometimes but you eventually find a way.

Yeah, but not as hard as it once was. I've learned that if I don't smile through the tears I don't have a chance to smile much at all.

sometimes i do, but i've had plenty of practice--so i usually just need a deep breath and a second to pull myself together to act like everything is ok again. kind of sad now that i see myself typing this, but i'm just being honest.

I did at first. It gets easier as the years go by and I get more mature. Maybe it's a good thing. Maybe it's not.
