A very interesting question, which must be answered with an open mind. It is common perception that same-sex relationships are based on lust and not love, because same-sex relationships do not translate to the next natural stage i.e. parent-hood. Traditionally boy sees girl, both fall in love, get married and raise a family (i.e. have kids). This sequence cannot be completed in a same-sex marriage (unless we talk about adoption or artifical insemnation etc). However if you view situations with an open mind, you will see that same-sex relationships can (and indeed are) based on factors like companionship, trust, faith, friendship, physical compatibility , mental compatibility and eventually LOVE. Final Words: What this world needs is more LOVE, irrespective of it being same sex or different sex. No Discrimination - No Religon - No Wars - Only LOVE !

I've lived for a long time now and I dont think love honestly exists. I think some people are just more fortunate to lust after more faithful and deserving partners. I would call companionship a more solid building block than love, and so I choose pure lust and sex. Life is not a test to be passed, it's an adventure and a learning experience- make the most of it.

Yes I believe that they can experience pure love!! They are just like hetero people only that their preference is different. Just because they are gay or bi or w/e doesnt mean they dont have feelings.

First, yes they can.
Second, exactly who is it that thinks they have the capacity to feel and define another's emotions? They lie.
