does anybody know some things, like some exercises that helps your brain be accurate and fast responding on resolving problems for example.i am reffering to speed up the brain`s capacity of understanding and..i don`t know how to exprime it.. hope you do..sorry for my bad english stay on topic 10x

I heard by doing word puzzles such as cross words would help you since you have to find the answer visually by backwords, forward, diagnol, back from diagnol etcc.
