How to live our lives means what is life -Life – it has a meaning and loving purpose - you just have to find your purpose and live it.
I believe every person is here for a definite purpose. Each person is special and valuable; that refers to me, you, your family, friends, in fact everybody! There is a loving plan for each of our lives here on earth and there is no such thing as coincidence. I don't believe that anything in life happens by chance and that every aspect of our lives points to something deeper.
You need to decide now to live for God rather than for yourself. You spend your life on Earth preparing yourself (as best you can) for death. I don't see death as a scary, negative experience, but birth into a bliss filled eternal life with God. I believe that this is something you have to consciously choose or not during your life on earth.
The meaning of life is for us to discover that we are true children of an infinitely loving and merciful God, to find out what our responsibilities are to our Creator, and to fulfill those responsibilities. Each of us is called to affirm, accept and develop the talents God has given us. -

The purpose of our existence is to enjoy love whether in the material world or the spiritual world.
As human beings we have to intelligence to possibly realize our true eternal nature beyond the temporal biological existence. So as humans one crucial purpose is to work on realizing our true eternal existence. However, beyond this, the ultimate purpose of our existence is love relationships and love reciprocations.
Therefore, we should only act out of love and perceive only love. We should see only love. We should not see the weaknesses or failings of anyone either individually or collectively. We should not see or perceive the weaknesses or failings of nature.
We should strive to do only good since our true eternal self is all-good.
"BG 13.8-12: Humility; pridelessness; nonviolence; tolerance; simplicity; approaching a bona fide spiritual master; cleanliness; steadiness; self-control; renunciation of the objects of sense gratification; absence of false ego; the perception of the evil of birth, death, old age and disease; detachment; freedom from entanglement with children, wife, home and the rest; even-mindedness amid pleasant and unpleasant events; constant and unalloyed devotion to Me; aspiring to live in a solitary place; detachment from the general mass of people; accepting the importance of self-realization; and philosophical search for the Absolute Truth — all these I declare to be knowledge, and besides this whatever there may be is ignorance."

No one can live the perfect life, but I can imagine how to get close. Live each day like it's a new day, and don't be angry over something that happened the day before. Never hold grudges, and get over yourself. Don't lie to impress people. Always be happy and always take care of yourself, but also make others happy and take care of them. There is no need to be the most perfect, so you don't need to invent things or lie to impress people. And you don't need to be gorgeous, or even insanely smart, to be liked. That's how I think we should live our lives. Be ourselves, while being nice... And be happy. Set goals for ourselves... The world needs to be a better place... People are incredibly stupid, arrogant, and mean these days.

The way you decide to do it is fine. Freedom to be wrong, right, etc. When you're doing it properly; you'll just know it!
