I want to be able to do this without having to buy a USB drive that is already has password support, because I already have a USB and I dont want to buy another one.

right click in the flash drive then click run as..

Get an USB Drive with the U3 logo on it.
It's a special USB drive, where special U3-ready programs can be installed, and run from the stick from any computer the stick is plugged in.

Also there are many security programs available for free to protect the data on the stick.

Good question, I think you might have to put the files into a special folder that is password-protected, using third-party software like WinRAR, although I have never tried it. Good luck, I'll also be keeping my eye on this question.

Click send to Zip Folder then you can add a password then
