every body knows it's realy dangerous to shake a baby. i mean even some older ppl die going on rides that go upside down. the tissue in their heads can't stand it brakes and courses the most serious affects like blindness maybe the baby will grow up with problems in their body so they can't walk use their arms or even talk. some ppl r already born with these things because when their in the womb their mum does some thing that shakes the baby and causes these things before birth. that's y it's better to stay in bed or rest while pregnant.

If you take jello and put it in a jar and shake it vigorously, it becomes almost liquid like. A babies brain tisue is about the same consistency and as it crashes against the skull repeatedly the tissue breaks away from the brain. So, to clarify YES it is very dangerous and no child deserves this abuse.

Yes and Yes......It is very dangerous. Never Never Never shake a baby. The brain is shaken back and forth and can very easily KILL a baby. Don't even shake it a little. Hug the baby and hold it tight. Shaking a baby to quiet it, doesn't work, just hold him/her tight,

Whats with the shaking thing,especially dangerous is when some people throw them up and then catch them.Their internal are not strong enough to cope with that sort of treatment.

There is something about the shaking motion that can cause the baby's brain tissue to disconnect from inside of their skull. It can cause brain damage and it's often fatal. It can also produce lifelong disability from neurological damage. I've read that almost 30% of babies die from their injuries. Those that don't can have visual problems, and motor (movement) or cognitive (thinking) impairment.
If you are the one who has done this, I want you to know that you can go to jail for it. Please get some help for your issues before someone gets hurt.

Yes it causes brain damage because the skull hasn't fully formed to be the strength it is and the brain is still developing.
Oh yeah and it's a felony now to do that to a kid so time in prison for that crime is 15 yrs.
