What Did You Think Of The Movie "Pursuit Of HappYness"? I recently seen the movie and I loved it...it was quite emotional and seemed more realistic; It didn't seem like a "fairytale". I know it was based on a true story so maybe that's why...but back to the point...If You've Seen The Movie, What Do You Think Of It?

I just happened to see it a couple of hours ago & I LOVED it!! What a great story! Both Will & his son did a fantastic job. It almost made me cry. But i agree that it just felt like a real movie...real honest.

I have not seen the movie yet, but from what I read of the true story and the acting chops of Will Smith, I'd say it'd be a great movie.

I loved it. It was a cliche kinda storyline, though we know it is a true story. But Will did such a fantastic job with the role that he drew the audience in and made us cheer for Chris Gardener. He was real. He was not always strong in the face of adversity. He sat in that men's room and cried. He almost beat someone for $14. He was not "I'm broke but I am smiling" all the time. I loved it! Hope he wins the Oscar for Best Actor

I definitely liked it also. The chemistry between Smith and his son took the movie to new heights. It was a good story with a typical happy ending. It was not necessarily though provoking, but it was entertaining and tugged at the heart strings.

i saw tht movie last friday and it bought me to tears...it was just really sad and ever since i've seen it...i think about every dollar i spend...it became my favorite movie...im just glad because it had a good ending....if u caught it...it said tht the guy was now a multi-millionare

Yeah, it's really nice and inspiring. I want to be a stockbroker too!! haha. But yeah. It was really nice it makes you think of stuff that usually we don't worry about.

I thought it was a great storyline, but the movie was too slow...you were always waiting for an excitement that never really came...open ends were all around...what happened to the mother??

WONDERFUL MOVIE!!
TOUCHING, EMOTIONAL, JUST FANTASTIC!
FATHER AND SON DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. SEEING THEM WORK TOGETHER WAS TOUCHING ALL BY ITSELF.
