Anyone can recieve a gift...Its nice to be handed a gift sometime but....even better when I hand a gift out myself. Sometimes the reaction on the recieving end is so overwhelming that the expression they make is rewarding enough for me...better than a gift.

I have many gifts but very few rewards. I would prefer that the rewards caught up with the gifts.

Reward

Good question. That is debatable. A gift shows appreciation and an award is telling you what you are good at. They are both nice to have. I like a gift for what it stands for; because I may not even like the gift but the person giving it is trying to say something. Appreciation means a lot. So I'll say a gift.

A reward. It feels good to be recognized when you've earned something. But receiving a gift and then realizing it's a reward it's awesome too, because you didn't even expect it of yourself.
