Why do we have civil wars whenever oil mineral is always found?

My country is prepairing to get the product and we are very worried

Oil makes the world go round. Even if you drive a hybrid, ride a bike, walk, use solar energy, something you buy, something you work with, things you support use oil.

Yupchagee is right, it's not the oil, its the political/cultural climate.

We don't. Canada has oil. Norway has oil. Both are stable.
