my computer screen seems all fuzzy and pixilated. a day ago it was very clear and crisp, so im guessing settings were changed. when i run a system restore the everything is back to normal, but i have programs on my computer i dont want and cannot remove.

what settings can i change that will make the screen clear and crisp again?

If you are using a flat panel monitor, it has an "ideal" resolution. Either 1024x768 or 1280x1024. Not using the ideal setting will make it look fuzzy.

download ClearType Tuning software. It comes under the powertoys for windows flag. And make sure you have video driver installed. it is highly possible that ur driver is removed or currupted. Check any theme pack you have installed and applied.
Install AutoPatcher s/w.
