Answer is (a) and (c). It is alpha particle and have charge +2. It can be stopped by a piece of paper. Gamma ray has the greatest penetrating power, which the penetrating power decrease as : gamma ray > beta particle > alpha particle.
Gamma ray can only be stopped by lead block or metres of concrete.
Gamma ray is one of the electromagnetic wave.
