There is a lot of evidence for black holes to exist. They have been observed indirectly, and there are many candidate black holes in our galaxy, as well. While it's true that black holes can't actually be seen with our own eyes (they don't give off visible light), they can be seen in X-ray and Gamma ray wavelengths (no, they don't swallow everything, they actually do give off a tremendous amount of radiation). While it's not a physical law yet, it is pretty close to be 100% certain that they exist.
By the way, gravity isn't a theory, it's a proven physical law.

The existence of black holes is pretty much a given. Measure the mass of the object at the center of our galaxy (this can be inferred from the speed of stars orbiting it) and then calculate the escape velocity of that massive object. If the escape velocity is greater then the speed of light then you must have a black hole! Now the existence of black holes is pretty much fact, but what happens inside of them is entirely theoretical since nothing can escape a black hole to give us information about what happens inside.

Black hole exist but not much is known on the actual make up. The reason they are called black holes is that the object is so dense and compact and has such a gravitational pull that even light can not escape its pull, hence a black hole. One teaspoon of the material from a black hole would weigh many tons on earth.

Black holes are not theoretical, they have been proven mathematically and by the distortion of light created by them. Check out the science channel.

No, they have been proven to exist. They were math theory, now they are theoretically at the center of every galaxy.

no, black holes are for real, but we don't know what they are.
they say, when you look with a powerful telescope at sky, the stars cover all of it except some spots wich look black (from here the name). So there is something huge there that block the light from stars.

Yes they are theoretical entities with no proof of their existence.
They serve no useful purpose and there are some very compelling arguments against their existence.

they do exist but just that their properties are not known, eg. whats at the end of the black hole, what type of energy exist inside the black hole, the shape of the black hole...

yes. gravity is a theory. we know it affects things, but we dont know why it exists or where it comes from. and gravity is the main factor in black holes!
