Which basketball shoe has the best traction (and therefore louder squeak sounds)? Nike Air Zoom Huarache Elite TB or Adidas Pro Model S?

Any other names of basketball footwear that has great traction (loud squeaking sounds) would be greatly appreciated.

Adidas Pro Sport.

A gorgeous shoe, $120 retail, and has a wonderfully crafted air vent in the bottom of the shoe that helps keep your feet from sweating, therefore the foot doesn't slip in the shoe. First shoe I ever saw that included this important feature in its design.

Not a wildly fashioned shoe, just a solidly built shoe that ranks moderate on the 'squeak scale'.

Nike are looking more like they come off an automobile assembly line. Looks are important, but you still need a shoe that will function the way you need it to.
Go with Adidas. They actually care about your feet.

I would go for the Nike Air's. Nike has good traction in all their shoes, not to mention the good ankle support. I dont really trust adidas. I find their shoes kinda heavy and their soles get worn out pretty quick, which might affect traction.

Nike is more of the basketball type shoes. Adidas is more for like running and soccer and stuff. Go with Air Max 360s (Nike) They work well for basketball!

Blisters on the inside of your feet are pronation-blisters, it means the arches of your shoes are too high, or your arches are too low. It should be fixable by getting some flat orthotics, or playing around with your sizing, because your foot isn't, bending with the sole properly. Now a lot of the new Nikes have similar arches, so unless you change the sizing, you'll have similar issues. You could try Jordan basketball shoes though, they tend to have very low arches, so they should take away the whole issue too.

I'm turnin my back on Nike for this one...the Adidas Pro Model S are good, comfortable & light shoes, and they have good traction too. For other shoes...you have the Air Jordan XXI P.E, or the Air Jordan III.

Nike all the way. Kobe's shoes also have very good traction. I got them just for the squeak.

The squeak sounds come from the court being clean. Clean soles with a clean court give you traction, that causes the squeaks. Why do you see players wipe their soles? Its to clean them for better traction on a dirty court.
