I've read conflicting information about this. I've heard that by adding artificial sweeteners, sugars, or even honey will decrease Green Tea's potency, making it a weak antioxidant. Any validity to this?

Any sweeteners added to tea, just ruin the taste, not potency.

In original receips Green tea is prepared without sugar, only a small
portion of milk or honey can be added.The water - mild and warm up to 80 *.
