Neither of you know what you're doing, so 7 minutes was a good start. BUT, if you're not satisfied, and I doubt that you were, 7 minutes is crap time. And you were aware enough to be timing him instead of enjoying sex. What I suggest is that both of you get the other to come BEFORE you have intercourse. Oral sex, him first and then on you will make sure that you have an orgasm. You can also tell him to watch you and masturbate yourself to an orgasm before you have intercourse. Many women are capable of multiple orgasms and intercourse after you come can extend out the orgasm you just had. (This does not work for some women, they are too sensitive immediately after an orgasm to have sex.) Making sure he comes once before intercourse should delay his second orgasm, so that he can last longer and give you enough time to enjoy intercourse. Letting him go first also gives him enough time to recover for a second erection. You should talk to him and make sure he knows exactly why you're doing this. Remember: - men can't read minds - you are helping yourself by training him to do the right thing - porn movies will not help at this point, you guys need to get the basics down Try to be diplomatic. Men have fragile egos. Make sure you have enough time to do this right and are not trying to rush through this. If you engage in enough foreplay, 15 to 20 minutes of intercourse can result in pleasurable sex for both of you. I've had sex that lasted all night, with 3 or 4 orgasms for the guy and almost constant orgasms for the girl. You learn to take breaks, talk to each other, engage in more foreplay, get drinks of water (you will be thirsty.) I think they still publish "The Joy of Sex." It's a primer guide for sex for couples. It's illustrated and you guys should invest in a copy and go through it over time. Kissing, cuddling, skin to skin contact, and taking your time will always help. Find out what spots on each other's bodies are the most pleasurable. Licking the neck, sucking an earlobe, gentle bites to the side of the navel, etc.

I don't know of any medication to stop pre-ejaculation. However, I have heard men say that thinking of something non-sexual in the beginning of intercourse helps to prolong their release. This may be more of a condition of anxiety. Why not try some extended foreplay, instead of intercourse, sometimes, in order to help condition yourself for better control.

The best medication is an understanding female. Tell her you have this problem and ask her to squeeze your penis to prevent ejaculation. There is not much wrong with premature ejaculation when you have not had sex for a while or you are young. The main thing is that you are both satisfied at the end of the night.

There is nothing that will stop pre-ejaculate. It's a normal part of a man's sexual response. It's built in. It can't be changed. What can be changed, though, is your technique. Try longer and slower strokes.

Hm mm. You may want to try holistic measures. It sounds as if your going through is a case of overexcitement/anxiety. Just relax and learn to take your time during the stroke and the rest will flow.

I'm no doc, but I think it is more of a diet and no tobacco thing. Smoking can mess with that. If not, go down to Chinatown and I think you can get a tiger p*nis to eat and make you last longer!!! Good luck

try pleasuring yourself two or three hours prior to having partnered sex. it's guaranteed to help you last longer. you may need to do the deed closer to the time of the other deed. adjustments are simply made.

durex performa condoms stop you from ejaculating as soon and you will be wearing a condom anyway so it's nothing to get embarresed about, unlike using creams and pills.
