I was convicining, but I had a miscarriage, I have not done the DNC? Can i get pregnant... I already have a baby of 18 months now...Can any one suggest what should i do to get pregnant? As i have irregular periods, means i dont get the periods till 8months or more...

I want to have a second baby...

Talk to your ob. You could try fertility drugs, or a low level birth control. I know it sounds crazy, but a lot of ob's will try this for a couple months. The B.C. will help regulate your period so that you can get pregnant without the fertility drugs.
