You don't have to have a D&C every time you miscarry - in fact, most women miscarry at least once in their lives without knowing they were ever even pregnant - and they have no problems getting pregnant when they want. A miscarriage is the body's way of cleaning out the nonviable baby, and usually it all clears on it's own without medical intervention. In fact, you are likely to create scarring by having a D&C, making it harder to get pregnant.
What you should do best is to RELAX - and yes, I am dead serious. The more you stress about it, the more your body will create a hostile environment, making it very hard to get pregnant.
You've done it once, you will do it again.
For now, glory in that 18 month old - she/he is going to change so much over the next year - watch it, enjoy it, participate in it and the new baby will come in time.
besides, doctors suggest you wait three years of regular sexual activity before you decide to do anything more drastic and expensive.

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors: hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Anovulatory Cycles, physical blockage, inadequate hormone production, short luteal phase, lack of lutenizing hormone, high levels or prolactin, and many others. How to get pregnant https://tr.im/I83SJ
Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.

Talk to your ob. You could try fertility drugs, or a low level birth control. I know it sounds crazy, but a lot of ob's will try this for a couple months. The B.C. will help regulate your period so that you can get pregnant without the fertility drugs. Most insurances will cover B.C., but alot will not cover fertility drugs, or they still cost more than B.C. after insurance. I would talk to my ob about your best option though. Good Luck.

A DNC is important bcuz it helps insure a healthy pregnancy next time. Not having one can lead to the onset of endometreosis. That alone can cause major problems... such as becoming sterile. Good luck to you. (this answer is from personal experience)

I have not got any theory as on your parental situations yet maximum mom and dad, lower back, could have the initail reactions to be envisioned, yet will come to words with it. till you're excited approximately being kicked out i've got faith you will possibly desire to tell them as quickly as attainable. There are help lines you could call to help manage those issues in a fashion that some human beings could not furnish. you will possibly desire to look one up and consult with a expert? the ideas you are going to return to stand interior the subsequent little mutually as would be annoying, yet you will might desire to make optimistic of them, and to try this you'll want the individuals on your existence that care approximately you. only be optimistic that is nevertheless your selection after human beings have put in their say. Talk to a gynaecologist and he/she might have the correct advise for you.
Personally I see no reason why you cannot conceive and have a second or third baby - unless you or your husband have some form of illness/disease.

If you have already had problems in previous pregnancies, I suggest you don't come online soliciting advice from people who THINK they know what they are talking about. Make an appointment with your OB/GYN and discuss your concerns with them. Good Luck.

You'll have to track your ovulation somehow. Talk to a fertility doctor or an ob/gyn.
