I absolutely adore Ginny Weasley. It has taken a while for her to come out of her shell but we all rejoiced when she finally did. She has such a fiery personality and she doesn't mind putting someone in their place. She's funny, smart, very talented and she's also pretty reliable. She's always willing to help The Trio whenever she can.

That and she's the perfect girl for Harry. She somehow knows how to put up with his moods and can easily respond to him without her feelings taking a huge hit, unlike Ron or Hermione. She's straight to the point with him but is still a good support system.

As far as the movie goes, I agree with you about the Weasley twins. In the books I suppose they come across as devious and clever. Almost a comedy duo except there is no straight man, since they are twins. Maybe one is the evil twin.

Draco Malfoy; he has that whole bad boy attitude that makes him pretty much irresistable. I love his self-confidence, the way he always has a snarky comment ready, and his trademark smirk, of course. He is a child of priviledge that believes the propeganda that his parents raised him with, but I think that we'll see him change his views to a certain degree in Deathly Hallows. He is a a teenager and that means that he is still figuring out how he feels about things, who he is and what kind of adult he wants to become. He has wanted to prove his value to his father, who never seems to be satisfied with him. He adores his mother, who feels the same way about him. I think he is interesting to read about because he is funny and devious and I'm expecting that he is going to change. He is disenchanted with the Death Eaters and is afraid of Voldemort. I think he is going to help Harry with the location of a Horcrux and take up Dumbledore's offer for the Order to protect him and will go into hiding with his mother. I figure that Lucius will be killed by Voldemort though, which will put that all into motion.

I'm also very fond of Fred & George. They are great characters! I love their inventions and particularly enjoyed their bold retaliation against that vile Dolores Umbridge. They are very funny and loyal to their family. I'm glad that we got to see their joke shop, that scene was fun to read. I just hope that they survive the series. They are such popular characters, I'm afraid that one of them isn't going to make it. I'm worried about George! Fred would get into soooo much trouble without him to talk him down.

Sirius Black. He's dark, mysterious and dangerous, but also noble, brave and generous. I embraced him as Harry's paternal figure because I also like Harry Potter so much and liked Black all the more for helping him. All in all, he's a very sympathetic and likeable character.

The Weasley twins are awesome, I must agree with you there. But, Hermionie is my favorite by far! I just love her!!! I hope she lives through Deathly Hallows!

I like the Weasley twins for their jokes, pranks, and their "rules are meant for breaking" motto. I like Snape for his quick-wittedness and the fact that his true loyalty is yet to be understood. I like Voldemort for the very reason that he is the villain. And I like Dumbledore for his ability to-handle-any-situation, insight, observation, and remarkable quotes. I really was upset when he died. :(

Malfoy. Sweet and sensitive but puts up a tough shell. Plus, he's doesn't fit in to the black and white. He's more of a gray area. Not good or bad.

But the Harry Potter series is horribly written. *winces at the thumbs down*.
I never said I didn't like it.
But the only reason I like it is because it's mysterious, hooking, and kind of pulls you in.
J.K Rowling's best writing trait is the description.
But everything else in her writing style seems terrible to me.
