I feel you have asked this question because you know the possible 'end result' of going out with your friends... in the condition of [your heart, your physical condition, etc]. This being so, is the Lord Jesus Christ, speaking to your heart... telling you to avoid the situation.
Read John 10:27 [NIV]... "My sheep listen to my voice, I know them, and they follow me."
No matter what your religion, your heart will speak to you... it's up to you to decide IF the action you take will be GOOD for you, or will be BAD for you.
I feel YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK... ASK, SEEK, FIND... ref: Matthew 7:7 and Luke 11:9.
I'm proud of you for asking!
If you are a single woman/girl, you should be preparing your life to be a Proverbs 31:10-31 type of woman...
Or, if you are a man... you should be preparing your heart to be like that of your Lord Jesus Christ's heart... preparing to be the godhead of YOUR life and/or future family...
Asking yourself... will this activity be for the glory of God, or to fulfill my own desires? Who benefits? At what cost... will this action take?
Best answers:
In doubt: "No, thank you" ... and repeat as necessary. You do NOT have to answer to anyone else OR give excuses. It's YOUR life!
You've thanked them for asking.
Outcome is not in your best interest: "I choose to follow MY WILL, not yours... thanks anyway."

Your friends can't force you to go out. Is the problem that they are going out too often and you just can't take the time or can't afford it? If so, just SAY SO and STICK WITH IT. If you are just not quite as social as they are, or don't want to go to the places they frequent, this is a little harder. You don't want to come across as if you don't want to be friends, so whatever you say, be kind and at other times make sure you mention that you value their friendship.

hmm tell them that you are feeling ill(look dreadfully sleepy and tired), and your parents are going to take you to the hospital. also add that you have been vomitting. or else pretend that you will be going somewhere with your parents on that day. dont do this regularly or else theyll suspect you. try hanging out with your friends more

Why make excuses? If they are your friends, tell them honestly and they will understand & appreciate.

You didn't sleep well the night before, you are broke, you have to wake up early the next morning, or you promised your mom you'd cook her dinner.
