Yes, I do occasionally. They sort of feel like menstrual cramps, only very light. Usually after I've done housework or shopping, and I usually get back pain at the same time. As long as yours are very mild, then there's no worry. There is so much shifting and stretching going on that it would be weird to not feel cramped once in a while!

Yes, it's normal. The first two weeks I was pregnant, I was getting painful cramps and it was so bad I had to go to the hospital. That's when I found out I was pregnant with my son and everything was fine.

could be but i never have mild cramps in the 1st couple of months only toward labor

I think it is normal as long as they are mild and don't last longI am seven months and had them. At first they say you get them when you would normally have a period, then you get some from muscles and ligaments stretching. Just tell the doctor is you have bleeding or fever. I got alot of god info from babycenter.com

sure is i have 4 boys and at the beginning i had cramps and spotting like a period, they all were full term over 8 lbs and healthy, if it wasnt normal and very painful you know your body and you would know if something was wrong.
