I jus incorporated a company which sells made to order corporate gifts. But now i would like to expand my company. Am i able to include event managment and organizing seminars?

Organizations work on the principle of 'differntiation of labor' or specialization which preclude those who don't have specialization from doing things they don't know how to do properly. If you have expertise in event management then you can create a separate division for your business and even use your expertise in organizing seminars. If you don't then it is not advised.

The first question that you need to ask yourself is that do you have the experience and capability in event management and organising seminars. T
The following question is that do you have the resources and manpower to complete the task.
If the answer to these two question is yes, then I don't see why you can't expand your company. but if either of the answer is no, then i would suggest that you better dropped the idea.
