some tsr program is getting activated during startup and this is slowing down your flash player. See in the startup deactivate this program and also see in add remove programs and if you see some programs you have not yourself installed or programs which you do not require then immediately remove them and restart your computer . Hope this solves your problem. Also run anti spyware to remove if it happens to be a spyware.

someone was wanting to be mean and might have put a maliciuos script with the video u r trying to watch so i sujest u check where u r getting these vids from and make sure the site is trustable if all else fails run a spyware scanner
