Why my boss has started behaving bad to me?

i am a college lecturer. My Principal used to appriciate me a lot but now he is sailing in a different boat. He talks to me in such a way as if he has no concern with me. Now he prefers to give my work to others. It hurts me a lot. Please help me out.

You need to be updating your resume. It sounds like you have fallen into disfavor with this boss and need to be looking for another job. If he is giving your work to others, he might be preparing to fire you.
