young boy. has white wings. Mom had white wings. Mom was burned as a witch. He has a red heart which he can use to call and control a dragon. could ride and fight with dragon, like in gundam. there is a cat character, which is a girl and looks like a cat; she has a tail. he saved a girl and she has an attachemnt with him. in the show, there are many dragons but the human charecters need the hearts to control the dragons. If you could tell me hte name of the show, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

The show is called Escaflowne, or its alternate title (on video) Vision of Escaflowne. It aired on Fox saturday mornings about seven years ago.
