Well, I think most guys prefer boxers but if I were a guy, I would wear briefs. They are easier to maintain. If you want to put your pants on with boxers, you would have to tuck the excess fabric into your pants.

I don't think there's one style that's best for every guy, it all depends on what the guy is comfortable wearing. Working in fashion a few years ago and also in health care, I can give points from different angels. I myself wear boxer briefs, don't like reg briefs cuz they're to tight and binding, boxers are to loose (good to sleep in). Now in fashion boxer briefs/reg boxers are more stylish. Also if a guy is hung and dresses professionally the style of underwear he uses makes allot of difference in the pant fit and how he shows in the crotch. Being to tight and punched up is not always good for the balls & penis, and letting them hang all the time isn't so good either, a good reason to use boxer briefs... holds you right but not too tight.

Briefs are sexier. Healthier is probably boxers. Wear what makes you feel best and confident.

boxers for husbands. Easier to have children. Briefs for single men. Less chance.....

I think for comfort purposes, boxers. But please, when you're out in your shorts, wear briefs or jockstraps!
You don't want any bits out on show especially when you're prone to sitting with legs apart and what not!
