No, there are no girls that attracted him yet.....we shall see what gonna happen after the timeskip of 2.5 years.

I haven't been reading Naruto lately, but my guess is that the bugs scare them off.
Same for Kiba. He must smell!
I wonder if Kakashi got a girlfriend yet. Would be cool if it were Anko or Kurenai.

No. There is no love interest towards most of the side characters, except for Lee/Sakura and Shikamaru/Temari
