Assuming these writings weren't lost... why didn't Leonardo Da Vinci write about his personal life? Like memoirs.. he documented everything else.. why not that?

I ask the same thing..there is a text that says.. quoted by him all things are interesting except real life,including mine.

The man was a pure genius and by all accounts was a workaholic,,,,always busy He was a powerhouse always thinking, creating, and inventing.......

I believe he told volumes about his life when he painted
The Mona Lisa.......Ever notice that picture looks remarkably like him.......... He's an enigma .......

His personal life didnt matter. He understood that there is more to life than yourself. Or he realised no one gives a ****.
