well let's see. i live in kentucky and use the term redneck quite frequently. i typically use it to refer to someone who is an uneducated moron. they typically drive a pickup truck with a huge lift kit, loud exhaust and confederate flag decals all over it. they also chew tobacco and you can hardly understand a word they say.
