Excellence. Perfection is only an idea that people for strive but never reach. If you can't be perfect then you might as well excell in what you do.

Neither, I just try to do the best with what I have or what I'm doing and hope for the best. doesn't have to be excellent or perfect, just so long as it's not effortless.
