It's a question that can't be answered in a vacuum.

Are you in the U.S.? Do you have the ability/means to attend school anywhere, or are you restricted to a particular geography?

Are you entering undergraduate school, or have you already completed an undergraduate degree?

Are you looking for a broad-based theatrical education, or are you already sure that Acting is going to be your area of concentration?

Listen, there are a million schools out there offering degree programs in theatre. Some are better than others, obviously. Ultimately, what you're going to have to do is visit as many campuses as you can. Sit in on classes. Talk to the people who would be your instructors. The best program for you is the one where you'll be in class with professors with whom you CONNECT.
